RoomZoom Portraits: Fresh Faces

RoomZoom Portraits

Here at RoomZoom we periodically invite a few dozen of you come in, meet our team, and to have some portraits done. The fruits of this lovely afternoon are a great gift for your grandparents, a nice shot for your LinkedIn profile, and, here, a few stunners worthy of any gallery wall.

Diarra Payne

Diarra Payne

Diarra on the highs and lows of roommate living: “The worst experience I have had is when my roommate who was also one of my best friends started hooking up with a guy I used to talk to while we were still rooming together. In the end I could care less about the guy, but the situation was handled so poorly going forward that we ended up separating as friends and roommates. It was really unfortunate because she was one of my favorite people. The greatest experience I have had was during my sophomore year of college. My five best girlfriends and I lived in apartment triples on campus as neighbors. It was fun living so close to all my best friends, but it was also great living in the apartment triples for the sense of community we still had without living in a dorm.”

Jarek Liang

Jarek Liang

Jarek on shared living: “I feel that sharing a living space is a great way to save money in order to afford an expensive city such as New York! It may also possibly introduce you to an invaluable friend who you otherwise may not have met.”
